Using our ticketing system, clients can submit prioritised support requests that are tracked and managed to resolution. Just log in to the helpdesk, complete the ticket form and we’ll begin working on your issue as soon as possible.
Remote IT Support
Remote IT Support gives you expert assistance without the need for an onsite visit. Once you request help, we’ll send you a secure connection link that lets us view and work on your system with your permission. You stay in control and can end the session at any time. If you’ve already received a code from us, enter it to start a live remote support session.
