This policy outlines the conditions under which CED Technology provides refunds or accepts cancellations for services and digital products purchased through our website.
1. Services
Once a service has been purchased and work has commenced, cancellations and refunds will not normally be granted.

If cancellation is received before work has started, a full refund will be issued. Where work has already commenced, any refund will be discretionary and may be subject to deductions for labour, administrative, or other costs already incurred.
2. Digital Products
Digital products, including but not limited to software licences, installations, or downloadable tools, are non-refundable once delivery, download, or installation has commenced.
A cancellation or refund will only be considered where installation or setup cannot proceed due to a verified technical issue not caused by the customer’s system, configuration, or actions.
3. Faults and Technical Issues
In the event of a fault or technical issue with a purchased service or digital product, customers are required to notify CED Technology promptly. We will undertake all reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve such issues within a reasonable timeframe.
